• Assisting in equipping and resourcing WCBA member churches and ministries to carry our purposes of the Church and their vision for ministry.
• Encouraging and supporting the teaching of sound doctrine and the practice of Christian lifestyles in each of our member churches and ministries.
• Providing avenues of cooperation and facilitating it among the churches and ministries of WCBA.
• Building a sense of community and fellowship among the pastors, staff and lay members of the WCBA that encourages their ministries and helps them to better follow Christ.
• Challenging its members to follow Christ as He works throughout their region.
